Sadhana
so I do sadhana on vanaprastha by dedicating organized time to finish long tasks that I have been avoiding
why have I been avoiding these tasks? because I have better goal in my life and my attention is giving priority on those higher goals
so vanaprastha is about finishing all secundary goals that leave me worried enough with them and not allowing me to focus 100% on my real goals
higher goals + secundary goals (my attention is divided).
so that my attention couyld fall 100% on my highest goals, I must finish all waiting projects and clean my whole name, and when all that trash is taken care of, then you have other quality of life
vanaprastha is about dedicating your time to clean all your trash!

what is does
Geometric Yang patter
tell both patterns when combined in the same sadhana, it creates and hatha yoga pattern in your real life and you experience HA + THA respectively one after another. First Ha then Tha, or first Tha then Ha
and for that you should put yourself into SEQUENCES!!!!! ence the number 21
because 21 is a sequence where certain points in your life are experienced geometrically in the real world
and by Real world I mean the axis X Y Z since the source of these axis is the peak of your conciousness
your body keeps going changing throw the ages, right? but you do not change.... where is something in you that does not change. and sadhana is just for us to be able to see our own origin. if you see your origin, then you know your body is just a piece of clay and you float on that making it move
you can make your body move in 112 different concentric 4D patterns and in each of these 112, you just try 1 sutra by 1 sutra, experimenting with the sutra at least 21 times
prime numbers have a cicle of 20, if we add +1, then we finish the pattern and what is leaf is the packed sensation of what does it feel to do 1 more than needed..... this way, only when we repeat the patter 21 times, only then we understand what number 1 means. and we know both (both units at same time and same alignment): we know that 21 = 1 and we also know what is means to experience that 1 unit that repeated 21 times it is called 1 again. But why would we think that 21 is equal to 1? simply because we have felft for the first time (or one more time) what Ha+Tha means. because you just experience a cosmic wave. this waive is a binary code of Ha+Tha+Tha+Tha+Tha+Ha just like 01110. and each bit is either Ha or Tha of one particular Sutra
one sequence that shows you Ha + Tha in a sequence is prime numbers
